
Welcome to Mud Puddles Art Studio
At Mud Puddles Art Studio, we provide fun and engaging art classes for children aged 3-14. Our experienced and Ontario certified teacher will guide your child through a variety of mediums, including watercolors, tempera paint, acrylics, pencil, oil pastels, chalk pastels, clay, paper mache, and more. We believe in teaching drawing, painting, and sculpting through a fun and creative space. Come and join us in our studio located in our home in Beechwood, Waterloo.

Jennifer Eagle, OCT
Mud Puddles Art Studio is the heart and dream of founder Jen, an Ontario certified teacher with a deep passion for nurturing creativity in children. Since opening the studio in 2011 with a small group of enthusiastic kindergarten artists, Jen has remained dedicated to providing every child with a supportive, inspiring, and fun environment to explore their artistic potential.
With years of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds, Jen brings both professional expertise and heartfelt commitment to every session. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every child has the potential to be an artist. Through encouragement, guidance, and creative exploration, she helps each young artist discover and develop their unique artistic voice.
At Mud Puddles Art Studio, creativity is celebrated, imagination is encouraged, and every child is seen, heard, and inspired.

Art Teacher
Grace Eagle, OCT
Grace is a beloved teacher at Mud Puddles Art Studio, known for her vibrant energy and creative spirit. She brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a deep love of art to every class, making her a favourite among artists of all ages.
Grace holds both a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University. In addition to her many years of experience at Mud Puddles, she also teaches kindergarten at Innovoak School in Kitchener, where her passion for working with young learners shines.
Whether she’s guiding preschoolers through their first brushstrokes or inspiring older students to explore new techniques, Grace creates a welcoming space where creativity and confidence can grow.

Anne Schott
Anne is an artist and surface pattern designer who loves to experiment with different media. In addition to creating original art, she has her artwork digitally printed on greeting cards, games, fabric, and wallpaper. Anne is an enthusiastic local art instructor. Joyce Lamb
Joyce is a retired teacher with a heart full of creativity and a lifetime of experience inspiring young minds. Her love for art, music, and all things imaginative shines through in every class she leads. With her bubbly enthusiasm and genuine warmth, Joyce makes every child feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated. When she’s not creating with kids, she’s spending time with her beloved dog Rosie—who’s often the inspiration behind many fun art projects!
